I have a motorhome on a 2005 ducato 2.0 JTD. The hand book says Tutela Matryx along with the specification API GL 5. Only problem is tutela matryx is API GL4. I have never had a vehicle with as much confused info as this. The Castrol website recommends an API GL4 spec in Castrol universal plus but quotes a capacity of 2.1 litres. OPEL. HONDA. CITROËN. There is some "confusion" on Fiat's part as to how much oil is required - the Owners Manual says 2 litres, but the later dated CD Workshop Manual says 2.7 litres +/- 0.3 litres. I put 2.7 litres in mine. The current Fiat recommendation is Tutela Matryx, which I got from my local Fiat Professional agent - around £12 a litre.
