Yes, you can share games with multiple consoles on Xbox. For that, you need to add them to your family account and set things up as per your requirements. Following that, you need to remove your console by using the My home Xbox option. Then you need to make your Xbox as your home console.
You can effectively use the digital games and gamepass games of one account in two xbox and the owner only has to sign into 1 of those 2 Xbox. I had two headsets wirelessly connected (corsair hs75 and steelseries 9x) at the same time. Not sure how voice works though. Was just doing sound comparisons.
The data packages sent are so small, the a much more important Factor than speed is actually the ping, which is the time the data takes to go from you to the host and back. 5 Mbps is more than enough for online gaming, but 5 Mbps isn't much if you have family members on the same network Facetiming/Skyping, uploading ect. at the same time. rDZMt.
